Tanner and I are leaving for our European adventure on May 3rd. If any of you have any favorite places PLEASE let us know! We are starting off in Madrid.. but quickly heading over to barcelona. From there we fly to Paris, then rome up to cinque terre, florence, and venice, then on to London... then home. We are pretty much winging it. We will be in each place for a long time, so if any of you know of cool places to stay (for cheap) let us know! hostels, B&B'S, hotels, street benches, anything! We return home on May 26th, as long as we make our flight and decide to actually go home!
We are only taking a backpack each, so sorry if we don't make it home with any souvenirs for anyone. I told Tanner he has to photo shop my braces out of EVERY picture before I see them... what a perfect time to get braces right?!

I am just so jealous! You are going to have SO MUCH FUN! I wish I could give you recommendations of where to stay but......I have never been there....any of those places.
How adventurous!! How are you going to fit all your shoes in one backpack?? I wish we had done that before we had kids!!
How fun!! I am green with envy. I've heard from Marissa Clark (remember her from high school) that Cinque de Terre is AMAZING! She and her husband went there during their honeymoon, so you might be able to get some ideas from her on facebook.

One of my favorite places in Rome is the Trevi fountain. I never had the chance to go to the Borghese Gallery in Rome but I have heard that it is incredible. Then all of the other places in Rome of course (Vatican, Colosseum etc.)
When you are in Paris you must go to Versailles which is about a half an hour outside of Paris and is beautiful.
El Prado in Madrid is really cool.
The tulips in Holland are supposed to be exquisite this time of year.
